Texas

You’ve heard it, but we are going to say it again:  In Texas, everything is bigger.  That means the wide, open sky.  The generous and friendly nature of Texans.  The football games.  And even, we’ll be frank, the teaching salaries:  factoring in the low Texas cost of living, first-year teachers can live comfortably on their income. Within Texas we are located in Austin and Dallas… two unique cities, with two unique personalities:

  • Austin…a vibrant city known for its laid-back style and world-class university, with a reputation as “the live music capital of the world” and a location in the beautiful Hill Country.
  • Dallas… a cosmopolitan city that manages to blend its love for sleek skyscrapers and shopping with the fried-food mania known as the Texas State Fair, all while serving as a home to 24 Fortune 500 companies.
